BEDFORD, NH, September 16, 2025 – Nanoscale Components., Inc. has commissioned its modular GWh-scale prelithiation line. This line prelithiates electrodes safely at industrial scale at extremely low cost. The prelithiation cost is lower than the energy improvement provided by the process, so that the cost/kWh of resulting cells is reduced significantly. The line is located at Nanoscale’s 34,000 square foot (3200 square meter) site in Bedford, NH, USA.
